Inställt 1: Täby OK:s tävlingar 26-27 oktober (klassisk distans med Svenska cupen, samt stafett-SM). Vi hoppas på att arrangemanget kan genomföras nästa år istället. Därmed utgår tyvärr SM stafett för 2024.
Inställt 2: Open Danish Championships & World Cup Final 2-3 november, nära Kolding. Mona Rasmussen, arrangör, meddelar att de tyvärr är tvungna att ställa in orienteringsskyttetävlingarna 2-3 november, se nedanstående text (även reservskogen är tyvärr heller inte möjlig att genomföra arrangemanget i):
“Unfortunately I have to inform you, that the Open Championship and World Cup Final has to be cancel due to fact, that the chosen forest is under heavy reconstruction, which leaves us with a no longer useable map. The alternative forest I had in mind is, in time, also close to an reconstruction, so I can`t trust in that possibility either.
I am truly sorry about this information, but I am not able to do otherwise than cancel this event.
I do hope, that Sweden can do the World Cup Final at the coming competitions in October.”
